How much does it cost to buy a gaming software that you can make games on?

I want to put a game on armorgames.com and to make a game i have to have a special software.
Can you please tell me the name of the software and how much it will cost. My computers are a gateway and a hp touchsmart!

You can probably download a free program for making flash games. google it.
